DELIVERY AREAS:

Our shop serves the following areas in California: Atherton, Belmont, Foster City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Redwood City, Redwood Shores, San Carlos, and San Mateo.

SAT'S BUSINESS HOURS:

We are open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

SAT'S HOLIDAY HOURS:

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please try to place your order at least one day in advance during these major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our hours are frequently subject to change during the holidays, so please call us if you have any questions about your delivery.

SAT'S DELIVERY POLICY:

A local delivery fee of $8 will be added to each order, for each address in Redwood City and Redwood Shores. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

Orders within our delivery area must be received before 2:00 p.m. local time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. For late orders or delivery for non-business hours, please feel free to call us directly to check if it is possible.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. For late orders, please call us directly if you have a specific time request.

We are unable to send out international orders at this time.
